EPA's approval of the Non-CTG VOC RACT Control Program was effective on September 8, 1997.

State Submittal:
SIP revisions dated November 15, 1993 and two dated June 21, 1998.

Summary:
Adoption of VOC control measures which will control major sources for which a Control Technique Guidelines (CTG) was not published. Sources included in this revision include utility boilers, non-utility boilers, asphalt plants, flares, VOC transfer operations and generic provisions applicable to sources not specifically identified.
