resulting from the loading of gasoline as cargo into marine transport
vessels.
New Regulations Included As Part of the SIP:
NJAC 7:27, Subchapter 16, Control and Prohibition of Air Pollution by
Volatile Organic Substances, sections 16.1 and 16.3, effective December
4, 1989.
