This revision consists of a source-specific reasonably available control
technology (RACT) determination for controlling oxides of nitrogen (NOX)
from eighteen units at three facilities owned by Tenneco Gas Corporation
in New York.

Special Permit Conditions for Tenneco Gas Corporation (also known as Tenneco
