Summary:
These revisions involve Reasonably Available Control Measures (RACM).
Specifically, New York's RACM Analysis and determination that there are
no additional RACM that may be implemented to advance the 1-hour ozone
attainment date from 2007 to 2006 in the New York portion of the New York-Northern
New Jersey-Long Island severe ozone nonattainment area.
