Public Notices for NPDES Permits
The National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) permit decisions that EPA proposes to issue are posted on this page. These proposed decisions are posted for public review and comment. There are three types of permit decisions: issuance, reissuance, and modification.
