	CAG will review the results of the committee, refine as needed, and finalize its recommendation on this topic.

	Cleanup Topics  
	- Brief update on post-flood response
	- Update on the progress of decision for high use properties.
	- Progress on planning for Segment 1 – Segment 1 is the three-mile stretch of the Tittabawassee River adjacent to Dow’s Midland plant. This presentation will build upon the March CAG presentation (see http://www.epa.gov/region5/cleanup/dowchemical/pdfs/dowchemical_cag_pres_20110321.pdf ) and will discuss:  cleanup work that has been done in Segment1, and what was learned from these projects that will influence future cleanups; summarize the investigations that have been conducted, and the results; discuss the bases for additional cleanup, and how specific areas called Sediment Management Areas will be targeted; and cleanup technologies that are relevant to Segment 1.
