Region 5 encompasses the States of Illinois, Indiana, Michigan, Minnesota, Ohio and Wisconsin. The Regional Counsel and the ORC staff represent the Region in civil, judicial, and administrative enforcement actions against regulated entities and in defensive matters within the jurisdiction of Region 5.
