Gun Lake Tribal Gaming Authority WWTF – Gun Lake Tribe Trust Land (Allegan County, Mich.)

EPA proposes to re-issue a NPDES permit for the treated wastewater discharges from the Gun Lake Tribal Gaming Authority Wastewater Treatment Facility located on land held in trust for the Gun Lake Tribe located in Wayland, Mich. (Allegan County) to be issued by EPA.

EPA is accepting comments until Monday, Jan. 5, 2015. Please see "Comment Procedures and Public Hearing on page 4 of the Public Notice for details.

Carter Aerated Wastewater Lagoon (Forest County, WI)

EPA re-issued a NPDES permit for the treated wastewater discharges from the Carter Aerated Wastewater Lagoon within the Indian Country located in Forest County in Wisconsin. EPA accepted comments until Oct. 8, 2014.

Crandon Recirculating Sand Filter/Stone Lake WWTP (Forest County, WI)

EPA re-issued a NPDES permit for the treated wastewater discharges from the Crandon Recirculating Sand Filter/Stone Lake Wastewater Treatment Plant within the Indian Country located in Forest County in Wisconsin. EPA accepted comments until Oct. 8, 2014.

Lower Sioux Indian Reservation WWTF – Lower Sioux Indian Reservation (Redwood County, MN)

EPA re-issued a NPDES permit for the treated wastewater discharges from the Lower Sioux Indian Reservation Wastewater Treatment Facility within the Lower Sioux Indian Reservation located in Redwood County in Minnesota to be issued by EPA. EPA accepted comments until Sept. 29, 2014.

Ohio Department of Transportation (Columbus, OH)

EPA proposes its intent to file a Consent Agreement and Final Order (CAFO). The comment period closes on the CAFO for the Ohio Dept. of Transportation for violations of the Clean Water Act. EPA accepted comments until Sept. 22, 2014.

ML Wastewater Management, Inc – Mille Lacs WWTF – Mille Lacs Indian Reservation (Mille Lacs County, MN)

EPA re-issued a NPDES permit for the treated wastewater discharges from the Mille Lacs Wastewater Treatment Facility within the Mille Lacs Indian Reservation located in Mille Lacs County in Minnesota to be issued by EPA. EPA accepted comments through Aug. 18, 2014.

Shakopee Mdewakanton Sioux Community Municipal Separate Storm Sewer System – Shakopee Mdewakanton Sioux Community (Scott County, MN)

EPA re-issued a NPDES permit on Dec. 2, 2014 for storm water discharges from the Shakopee Mdewakanton Sioux Community's municipal separate storm sewer system located within the Shakopee Mdewakanton Sioux Community Reservation in Scott County, Minnesota.

"No Discharge" Zones

"No Discharge" zones are designated bodies of waters that prohibit the discharge of treated and untreated boat sewage.

Illinois Surface Discharge Permit (ILG62)

EPA’s National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System general permit authorizes discharges of pollutants to waters of the United States from New or replacement surface discharging systems in Illinois.

Industrial Pretreatment Program

The Pretreatment Program controls and minimizes the loading of pollutants to publicly owned treatment works from industrial, non-domestic sources to protect against operational, water quality, biosolids quality and worker health and safety problems.

Permit Compliance System Data

Permit Compliance System (PCS) is a national computerized management information system that automates entry, updating and retrieval of National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) data and tracks permit issuance, permit limits and monitoring data, and other data pertaining to facilities regulated under NPDES.
