- Environmental Geo-Technologies (EGT) (Romulus, MI) - (formerly Environmental Disposal Systems (EDS)) - EPA issues two Commercial Hazardous Waste Injection Well Permits to Environmental Geo-Technologies, LLC (September 2011)
- Team Completions, LLC (Kalkaska, MI) - Team Completions LLC requests permit to dispose of landfill leachate into their commercial brine disposal well.
- Beeland Group (Emmet County, MI) - Beeland Group LLC of Jackson, MI, a subsidiary of Consumers Energy (CMS), applied for a permit to construct and operate a Class I injection well at the CMS Lands remediation facility. EPA has made a final decision to issue the permit and has issued its response to comments regarding the draft permit. (February 2012)
