The following are a list of telephone hotline numbers for reference to assist in compliance with Clean Water Act requirements. Several of the Clean Water Act NPDES General Permits require pollution prevention plans. Pollution prevention plans include best management practices for all media and the Water Enforcement Branch is including hotline phone numbers for other media that may be useful in developing a thorough pollution prevention plan. Please note that some of the listings are not operated by EPA.
