EPA REGION 7 INTEGRATED CONTINGENCY PLAN (PDF) (882 pp, 17.2MB, About PDF )
This plan integrates the requirements for a Regional Contingency Plan and the requirements for an Area Contingency Plan. The Region 7 Inland Area has been defined as the following four states; Iowa, Kansas, Missouri and Nebraska. This plan also incorporates EPA's response under the Stafford Act or FEMA's Federal Response Plan.
EPA Region 7 has also adopted the concept of sub-area plans. The sub-area plan takes smaller areas within Region 7 and develops a plan specific to that geographical area. Three sub-areas have been approved and plans completed.
