Energy Star Buildings
The Energy Star Buildings Program is a voluntary program in which building owners agree to install high efficiency heating, cooling, ventilating and lighting and control products. The program saves money for businesses and organizations, and it creates a cleaner environment by reducing pollutants released into the environment. A central component of the program is the five stage implementation strategy that takes advantage of building system interactions, enabling building owners to achieve additional energy savings while lowering capital expenditures.
