In 2004, EPA launched SmartWay, an innovative brand that represents environmentally cleaner, more fuel efficient transportation options. SmartWay partnerships signify a partnership among government, business and consumers to protect our environment, reduce fuel consumption, and improve our air quality for future generations. The Rocky Mountain Clean Diesel Collaborative provides case studies and information specific to the Rocky Mountain Region to promote participation in the SmartWay program.
