This basic course on permit and EJ Analysis Training has been developed by EPA Region 8 Staff. It is designed for EPA Permit Writers. On August 6th 2006, the Regional Administrator signed a Memorandum to all EPA Staff directing them to work with EJ Staff on doing EJ Analysis for Permits that the EPA is responsible for. This class covers what an EJ Analysis in a permit looks like, and it helps you to identify EPA's four EJ indicators, as well as help you to understand the tools available to do an EJ Analysis.
