- 01/01/03 Unacceptability Notice - Letter from Region 8 to Cotter Corporation signed 1/3/03
- 09/13/02 Letter from EPA Region 8 to the State of Colorado Laboratory and Radiation Services (LARS) Division which requests specific information on the Cotter Uranium Mill located in Canyon City, Colorado. The letter was written for the purposes of the CERCLA Off-Site Rule so that EPA can determine if the Cotter Mill meets the criteria to allow it to be sent CERCLA wastes.

EPA Envirofacts Web site provides access to environmental information contained in its databases. Information on Air, Chemicals, Facility Information, Grants/Funding, Hazardous Waste, Spatial Data, Superfund, Toxic Releases, Water Permits and Drinking Water can be accessed.
The Region 8 Technical Library & Information Center has skilled librarians and researchers who can help you access a wide range of environmental information, including the Online Library System Network. The library has other electronic and on-site resources such as CD-ROMs.
Global Information Locator Service (GILS) is a new way to identify, locate, and describe publicly available federal information resources, including electronic information resources. GILS records identify public information resources within the federal government, describe the information available in these resources, and assist in obtaining the information. GILS is a decentralized collection of agency-based information locators using network technology and international standards to direct users to relevant information resources within the federal government.
The National Technical Information Service (EXIT EPA) is the federal government's central source for the sale of scientific, technical, engineering, and related business information produced by or for the U.S. government and complementary material from international sources.
