Region 8
Rocky Mountain Greener Venues Partnership (RMGVP) for Sustainable Communities
RMGVP is a voluntary partnership focused on helping Colorado’s entertainment and sports venues improve the sustainability of their facilities. Participating venues will make measurable improvements in energy use, water consumption, materials and waste management, air quality and other areas.
Each venue pledges to join specific EPA, state, and local sustainability programs. Venues will also strengthen their economic sustainability by reducing operating costs and building a green reputation that makes their facility, and Colorado, an attractive location to live, work and play.
NEW!!! Greener Venues Promotional Video: "The Assist"
EPA and the RMGVP venues have produced a video to encourage all to reduce, reuse, and recycle. We would like to thank our venues for providing mascots and resources for the production of the video.
