Assistant Administrator Paul Anastas Returns to Yale
EPA's Assistant Administrator for the Office of Research and Development stepped down in mid February.
Paul Anastas, the "Father of Green Chemistry" and EPA Assistant Administrator for the Office of Research and Development, said goodbye on February 16th. After serving EPA for two years, Anastas's departure was marked with sadness. He will return to his family in Connecticut and to his teaching and leadership position at Yale University's Center for Green Chemistry and Green Engineering.
