The Chemical Risk Information Branch (CRIB) is responsible for implementing programs under various environmental laws. These include the Emergency Planning and Community Right To Know Act (EPCRA); the Clean Air Act (CAA) Section 112(r) for Risk Management Planning; and the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act (CERCLA) for accidental and continuous release reporting.
