Office of Civil Rights

The Area Office of Civil Rights (AOCR) plans and develops a comprehensive Equal Employment Opportunity Program (EEOP).

The EEOP includes:

Monitoring and evaluating program implementation
Providing technical advice and guidance
Preparing annual plans and Accomplishments Reports for EPA's Office of Civil Rights and the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission
