Description: SmartWay showcases its wealth of partner environmental performance data, converted into simple chart formats, on its TIPS ("Trends, Indicators, and Partner Statistics") webpage. Using charts accompanied by short notes on the message of each chart, TIPS presents ranges, averages, and other trends in partner performance data for various vehicle types, fuels, use categories, and other types of information that SmartWay collects.

The Tool allows carrier partners to: 1) assess operations by gathering basic information about the company's fleets; 2) calculate the company's baseline by entering data into the Truck Tool and submitting it for review and approval and; 3) view the company's performance ranking against other carriers with the same or similar business model and track progress in year-over-year comparison reports.
