Reporting Rule
On December 29, 2009, the EPA Final Mandatory Reporting of Greenhouse Gases Rule went into effect. In general, the rule requires annual reporting to EPA of greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions from certain large sources and suppliers across the United States that emit 25,000 metric tons or more of CO2 equivalent per year.
