Rule Summary
This rule applies to commercial and captive lime manufacturing plants that are located at a major stationary source of hazardous air pollutants (HAP). The rule regulates particulate matter (PM) emissions, as a surrogate for the non-volatile and semi-volatile metal HAP, from lime kilns, coolers, and certain material processing operations.
