Superfund's 25th Anniversary Photograph History Project
The 25th Anniversary Photo History Project visually depicts the people and places of Superfund, the human and environmental impacts of Superfund sites, and the changes in communities resulting from site cleanups. EPA put out a national call for photos and the 21 photos featured here, two from each EPA Region, were selected from over 300 submissions by a panel of EPA staff and professional photographers. The photos were displayed at the National Museum of Natural History in Washington, DC through the end of January 2006, have traveled to several conferences, and now reside in an EPA Headquarters office building.
