If for some reason you are unable to attend, you are responsible for cancelling your own hotel reservation. The Westin requires a notice of cancellation by 6:00 p.m. the date of arrival without penalty. If you fail to provide notice, one night's lodging and tax will be charged to your credit card. Hotel check-in begins after 3:00 p.m. and check-out time is at 12:00 p.m.
The Westin is less than three miles from the Logan International Airport, as well as a short cab, water taxi, or T train ride away from Back Bay, the Financial District, and plenty of Boston attractions. Its 793 guest rooms feature the Westin Heavenly bed and bath products, cable 32-inch flat-panel HDTVs, iron and ironing board, hair dryer, fitness center (cardiovascular equipment & free weights), and heated indoor pool (towels provided).
Self-parking is available at the Westin for $34 per night with in and out privileges.
