The Enforcement Support Services (ESS) contracts obtain technical and management services for EPA's Office of Site Remediation and Enforcement (OSRE). The ESS contractors assist EPA in developing, implementing, and evaluating programs, strategies, guidance and regulations under the Agency's CERCLA/SARA enforcement programs. There are eight Regional ESS contracts currently in effect.
