The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) requires warehouse operations, equipment management and transportation support services for government equipment used for emergency responses and counter terrorism hazardous material cleanups on a 24-hour, seven-day per week basis throughout the United States and its territories. Major requirements are for the storage and maintenance of equipment and material, including provision of all associated calibration, sampling preparation and/or operation chemical and supplies, operation of warehouse space, and transportation of specified equipment in case of emergency event. The contractor shall manage and maintain a complete inventory and maintenance schedule of the emergency response equipment stored in the warehouse.
NOTE: Period of Performance reflects Base Period plus any Option Periods, if exercised.
