Purpose
The purpose of this workshop was to: (1) identify barriers and other issues of concern associated with the implementation, monitoring and enforcement of institutional controls (ICs) at Superfund sites and Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA) facilities; and (2) identify possible policy measures to address those barriers and issues.
