Economic Impacts and In-Depth Case Studies
EPA supports the development of in-depth case studies that cover reuse stories from start to finish and from a variety of stakeholder perspectives. These case studies identify innovative tools and approaches such as green remediation, renewable energy, smart growth, and ecological revitalization. Several of these case studies, listed below, share information about the economic benefits reuse brings to an area. Local jobs are the end result of coordination and commitment across many stakeholders. The economic data in these case studies are cited from publications and local officials.
