Description
This video presents how a complex multi-stakeholder process helped turn a badly contaminated former mining site into a major mixed-use redevelopment in the heart of Salt Lake Valley. The video is a compilation of interviews with the key stakeholders, who describe the issues that they faced, how they overcame them, and how happy they are with the results. Currently the site now has multiple types of housing, retail space, office complexes, recreational facilities and a new light rail station.
