New Final NPL Sites
The Superfund (About Superfund) program added 3 sites to the NPL in a rulemaking published in the November 4, 2009 Federal Register. A total of 1,270 uncontrolled hazardous waste sites are listed (Final National Priorities List (NPL) Sites) on the NPL as of this rulemaking.
