• How To Identify An Ineligible Underground Storage Tank:
  The Colorado Division of Oil and Public Safety identifies ineligible underground storage tanks by attaching a tamper-resistant red tag with a wire seal to each fill pipe of the ineligible underground storage tank. The red tag states in bold-faced type "DELIVERY PROHIBITED!".
