The Toxics Release Inventory (TRI) is a publicly available EPA database that contains information on toxic chemical releases and waste management activities reported annually by certain industries as well as federal facilities. TRI has published a final rule with revisions and 2007 updates to the NAICS codes used for TRI Reporting. This rule will not take effect until 2008 TRI data are submitted.
TRI Reporting Assistance Materials

EPA has published the Development of TRI National Training Conference and Outreach Efforts RFP. We plan to award up to $200,000 in 2008. Applications have been received and are currently under review.
