This Web page contains important resources that will assist you in understanding, filling out, and submitting TRI forms. Use the index below to jump to the section you need. As a reminder, TRI submissions are due on July 1st of each year. Please consider EPA’s Audit Policy for submissions that are past due or being revised. Reporting Forms & Instructions

The "Toxic Chemical Release Inventory Reporting Forms, and Instructions" manual contains detailed explanation for facilities on how to report quantities of routine and accidental chemical releases, and releases resulting from catasthrophic or other one time events of EPCRA Section 313 chemicals, as well as the maximum amount of chemicials held on-ste during the calendar year and the amount contained in wastes managed on-site or transferred off-site.
