HOW TO UNINSTALLFull uninstall is supported. Note however, that the uninstall will remove any files actually installed, and not additional files created by running the program (eg, WinHelp indexes, etc.). After uninstall, you may need to remove the directories and a few temp files manually. The TRI Software Uninstall program will not remove all of the TRI-ME or ATRS files contained on your computer. If you have installed and used ATRS01, the TRI Software Uninstall program will leave an "ATRS01.db" file in the "Backup" folder of the ATRS program folder. The "ATRS01.db" file is the ATRS database file, which can be reloaded into ATRS to recover your TRI data. If you have installed and used TRI-ME 2001, the TRI Software Uninstall program will leave three folders in the TRI-ME program folder - a "Data" folder (containing your TRI-ME facility files), an "Archive" folder (containing backups of TRI-ME facility files created during the submission process), and a "Temp" folder (created only if you submitted electronically to CDX via the Internet). The TRI Software Uninstall program will also leave the "TRI Software" program group containing the uninstall program. The "Backup" folder in the "TRI Software" folder contains all of the files that were overwritten/updated during the TRI Software Installation. You may remove any of these remaining files using Windows Explorer. TRI-ME File Conversion WizardTRI-ME File Conversion Wizard. This application is intended for facilities that used TRI-ME Version 1.0 in preparing Reporting Year 2000 submissions. (NOTE: ATRS 2000 users can load their ATRS data directly into TRI-ME Version 2.0). Due to significant changes in the TRI-ME software for Reporting Year 2001, your TRI-ME Version 1.0 data file is not compatible with TRI-ME Version 2.0. However, in just a few simple steps the TRI-ME File Conversion Wizard will convert valuable information from your TRI-ME Version 1.0 data file so that it can be used within TRI-ME Version 2.0. This will save you time in re-typing much of your Threshold and Form data.

TRI-ME RY2002 v3.0.30 Diagnostic Release for users experiencing a "tahoma" font error. This software diagnostic release will remedy the installation failure problem that a small number of users have been experiencing trying to install TRI-ME RY2002 v3.0.28. NOTE: This revised installation application installs the identical version of TRI-ME and TRIAL as that contained with the current RY2002 Reporting Forms & Instruction package that was sent to facilities in May. Please do not use this software unless you are already working with the CDX Help Desk toll free at 1-888-890-1995 (or via e-mail: helpdesk@epacdx.net).
Installation failure on Windows XP and Windows 2000 using either a Office 2000 and Office XP. A number of TRI-ME RY2002 installations on either Windows XP or Windows 2000 operating systems have locked-up during installation (typically at around the 80% complete mark), freezing on a screen indicating that the system is "skipping file Tahoma.tff" or "skipping file TahomaBD.tff". The installation application stops responding completely, thus prohibiting the user from completing a successful installation. Detailed DescriptionThe problem has only occurred on a limited number of PCs configured with a Windows XP or Windows 2000 environment. Another common aspect between the systems experiencing this problem is the use of either Office 2000 or Office XP. The Office environments have been neither confirmed nor denied as being the sole source of the problem. The image bellows shows an example of the actual message that is displayed:
