Rule Information for Standards of Performance for New Stationary Sources - Petroleum Refineries

Announcements:
  • On December 4, 2013, EPA issued a direct final amendments to the New Source Performance Standards (NSPS) for petroleum refineries (subpart Ja). This rule will improve the clarity and regulatory consistency of the final NSPS for Petroleum Refineries by removing process piping and associated equipment (pumps, valves, and connectors) from the definition of “delayed coking unit”. This rule also removes a redundant definition of delayed coking unit from the rule text.  See the FR Notices below for the Federal Register notice, or the Fact Sheets below summarizing the revisions
