Abstract: Provides guidance related to the NOx exemption provisions of section 182(f) of the Act for the 8-hour ozone standard. EPA invited comment on issues related to the exemption provisions and a draft version of this guidance. Though not specifically required by the Act, this guidance indicates how the EPA expects to handle the exemption provision under the 8-hour ozone standard.
