| Abstract: This document presents options for presumptive maximum achievable control technology (MACT) to serve as a resource for States that must make case-by-case MACT determinations under Section 112(g) of the CAAA. It also provides background and support information for developing a rule proposal and a final MACT under section 112(d). The source category for which MACT standards are to be developed is organic liquids distribution (non-gasoline). The initial source category description includes activities associated with the storage and distribution of organic liquids other than gasoline that have a HAP content. The attached file contain the final document entitled: "Presumptive MACT for Organic Liquids (Non-Gasoline) Distribution Facilities," Waste and Chemical Processes Group, Office of Air Quality Planning and Standards, U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, Research Triangle Park, NC 27711, June 9, 1998. |
