Abstract: The proposed rule would regulate VOC emissions from process and maintenance wastewater and certain aqueous in-process streams generated by chemical process units. This notice is a supplement to the proposal. This TTN version may vary slightly from the version that will be published in the Federal Register (FR) due to editorial changes made to confirm with FR guidelines. The FR version is the official version.
