Preregistration Form

Preregistration guarantees you time to speak.  While not required, we also urge persons planning to attend or submit a written statement at a hearing to preregister.  This will help EPA improve its planning of the hearings. 

Speakers will have three minutes to present their views.  Audio-visual equipment will not be provided.  We will also accept written statements.

If we receive additional requests to speak, on the day of a hearing, these will be considered on a first-come, first-serve basis, according to the time available. If time is not available, we will provide these persons with the opportunity to submit a written statement during the hearing.

Please note that the time you select does not reserve that specific time for you to speak, the times are for EPA's planning purposes only. Those who preregister will be given preference to those who do not, but may still have to wait in line if there is a high number of preregistered speakers in attendance.
