Water Quality Criteria, Chapter 335-6-10 (PDF) (56 pp., 2.4 MB)
(Effective October 9, 2008) State regulations establishing water quality standards. Please note that the following revisions were determined not to be water quality standards subject to EPA review under Clean Water Act section 303(c), and therefore they are not in effect for the purposes of that act:
  1. Rule 335-6-10-.08(a), which is related to the National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) program and
  2. The updated reference to 40 CFR 136.3 in Rule 335-6-10-.05(2).
