Rules of Department of Natural Resources: Division 20- Chapter 7 - 10 CSR 20-7.010 - 10 CSR 20-7.050 (2006) (PDF) (138 pp, 1.2 MB): (Effective April 27, 2007) EPA has completed its review of all new and revised provisions in these water quality standards. Therefore, all provisions of Missouri's 2006 Rules of Department of Natural Resources: Division 20- Chapter 7 are in effect for Clean Water Act purposes, with the following exceptions:; EPA has only partially approved 10 CSR 20-7.015 (9)(H) Implementation Schedule for Protection of Whole Body Contact and Secondary Contact Recreation.; EPA has not taken action on the Whole Body Contact Recreation - Category B criterion; See the cover page for additional information about the partial approval of 10 CSR 20-7.015 (9)(H).
