Annual Reporting
We need your help. In order to gauge the success of the WaterSense
program, we need to learn about your achievements in 2008. We appreciate
your contributions to the program’s continued success.
About Annual Reporting
As a WaterSense partner, part of your commitment is to provide
data to EPA on an annual basis. Partners agree to submit data on
sales of water-efficient products to assist in determining the impact
of the program in promoting labeled products.
How to Submit Annual Reports
- Fill out the Retailer/Distributor
Annual Reporting (PDF) (2 pp, 205K, About PDF)
form.
- Please submit completed form in hard copy (to ensure data confidentiality)
by March 2, 2009 to:

Annual Reporting and WaterSense Awards
Submitting an annual report is also a requirement if you apply
for a WaterSense award. The deadline to submit annual reports
to WaterSense was March 2, 2009. The deadline to return the completed
award application to EPA was April 17, 2009.
While the award application is separate from the annual report
form, much of the same data collected for the annual report can
also be used to apply for an award. Please note that submitting
an awards application is optional.
