Summary:
Adoption of control measure which will require that stationary sources that emit nitrogen oxides apply RACT. This includes sources such as utility boilers, stationary gas turbines, non-utility boilers, stationary internal combustion engines, asphalt plants and glass manufacturing furnaces.
New Regulations Included As Part of the SIP:
NJAC 7:27 Subchapter 19, Control and Prohibition of Air Pollution from Oxides of Nitrogen, effective December 20, 1993.
