              Media Tour Scheduled for October 10th
                               
The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and the McColl Site Group will hold a press availability at the McColl Superfund Site in Fullerton to commemorate completion of a waste containment system on over 100,000 cubic yards of hazardous waste and to show progress of the development of a golf course at the site.

Officials of the U.S. EPA, Congressman Ed Royce, and the McColl Site Group will provide a short tour of the site, kick off the gas collection treatment system and dedicate the site.  Opportunities will be provided to ask questions.

Directions:  Cross street is Beach St.  Go east on W. Rosecrans past the Ralph Clark Regional County Park.  The McColl site is up the hill and on the right.  Continue along Rosecrans to the end of the site and turn right on Sunnyridge. Park on Sunnyridge.  Enter thru gate at the corner
