Regulations.gov and FDMS Systems Outage–April 25th-April 28th
Starting at 5pm EST on Friday, April 25 and ending at 8am EST on Monday, April 28, Regulations.gov and FDMS (including all of the systems' data) will migrate to a GSA-managed cloud infrastructure. During this time, members of the public and FDMS users WILL NOT be able to access the systems until the migration is complete.
For Public Users: Since you will not be able to submit comments electronically via Regulations.gov during this time, you are encouraged to use the alternate submission methods identified in the applicable Federal Register document or may wait until Regulations.gov is back online.
