The Enforcement Response Policy (ERP for Reporting and Recordkeeping Rules and Requirements for the Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA) Sections 8, 12, and 13. This revision of the ERP takes into account the Agency's "Audit Policy" (Incentives for Self-Policing, Discovery, Prevention and Correction of Violations) in determining the appropriate response to self-disclosures.
