Petition to EPA for Rulemaking to Adopt Revised NOx Exhaust Emission Standards for On-Highway Heavy-Duty Trucks and Engines
The South Coast Air Quality Management District (SCAQMD) and the undersigned copetitioners hereby petition the Administrator of the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) to undertake a rulemaking to revise the on-highway heavy-duty engine exhaust emission standards for oxides of nitrogen from 0.2 grams per brake horsepower-hour (g/bhphr) to 0.02 g/bhp-hr.
