Under this competition, up to $7,200,000 may be awarded for one cooperative agreement over an approximate six-year period.
This RFA solicits applications from eligible entities for a cooperative agreement to be awarded pursuant to the Great Lakes Restoration Initiative Action Plan III (pdf) (12.5 MB, October 2019). EPA is requesting applications for a project to perform sample collection and analyses in support of the Integrated Atmospheric Deposition Network.
Applications must specify a start date of August 1, 2024, and must specify an end date for the cooperative agreement no later than November 30, 2030, that allows for the completion of analysis and final data reporting for samples collected from November 1, 2024, through December 31, 2029. This incrementally-funded award will be subject to the availability of funding, future appropriations, satisfactory performance of work, and other applicable considerations.
