- Transportation Projects
- Residential, Commercial, Institutional, Industrial, Municipal, and Recreational Developments

- Mining Activities
EPA Region 5 is the CWA Section 401 certifying authority for the Pokagon Band of Potawatomi Tribal lands in the state of Indiana.
Supplemental Information
Regional General Permits are a type of general permit that authorize activities that are similar in nature and must have minimal adverse environmental impacts to aquatic resources separately or on a cumulative basis. The existing RGP 001 will expire in December 2024. The Corps published the public notice for the proposed reissuance of RGP 001 on June 6, 2024.
