Public Notice: Proposed Issuance of a Title V Air Operating Permit to PotlatchDeltic Land and Lumber, LLC - St. Maries Complex for Its Wood Products Facility in St. Maries, Idaho on the Coeur d'Alene Reservation

In response to several requests, the EPA is extending the public comment period for 31 days to October 21, 2024.
The EPA is seeking public comment on the issuance of a title V air operating permit to PotlatchDeltic Land and Lumber, LLC - St. Maries Complex (PotlatchDeltic) for its wood products facility located in St. Maries, Idaho on the Coeur d'Alene Reservation. The PotlatchDeltic facility is a major source of air pollution, and title V of the Clean Air Act requires such facilities to obtain an operating permit. A title V permit grants PotlatchDeltic the permission to operate in accordance with the conditions of the permit. The permit includes all air pollution requirements that apply to PotlatchDeltic, including emissions limits and monitoring, record keeping, and reporting requirements. It also requires that PotlatchDeltic report annually to EPA its compliance status.
